• 3/4 - cup sugar 3 -Tbs corn starch 
• 1 - package (4-serving size) Peach Jello 
• 1 - can Tropical fruit (with passion fruit juice) 
• 1 1/2 - cups of liquid (Fruit juice from can of fruit above + add water to make 1 1/2 cups total) 
• 1/2 - bannana sliced thin 
• 1 - graham cracker crumb crust 
• 1 - container of Thawed frozen whipped topping

Method

1. Mix sugar and corn starch in saucepan. 
2. Stir in liquid until smooth, stirring constantly. 
3. Cook in medium heat until it comes to a boil; boil 1-minute. 
4. Remove from heat and stir in gelatin until completely dissolved. 
5. Cool to room temperature, and then stir in fruit. 
6. Pour into crust and refrigerate until firm.
7. Lastly, garnish with the whipped topping.
